Laiju GAO, Male, Han nationality, born in October 1977 in Jingxian County, Hebei Province. In September 1999, he joined in the Communist Party of China. In July 2002, he started working. He is holding a PhD degree and he is an associate researcher. He is the secretary of the party committee in the School of Energy and Mining Engineering in the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing).
